Location Dashboard: Your New Command Center

Managing your business’s online reputation just got significantly easier with our new location dashboard. This powerful, centralized hub puts everything you need to monitor, manage, and improve your location’s online presence at your fingertips.

What’s included:

  • Progress Tile: Track review volume, rating, and recency across first and third-party platforms
  • Requests Tile: Monitor review requests sent in the last 30 days
  • Replies Tile: Identify reviews awaiting responses
  • Insights Tile: Get AI-powered sentiment analysis and theme identification
  • Quick Reply Tile: Efficiently respond to reviews with AI assistance

We designed the Location Dashboard based on your feedback, focusing on what matters most: efficiency, clarity, intelligence, and goal-oriented metrics. Now you can see at-a-glance progress tracking, quickly view recent review requests, easily identify reviews awaiting replies, and leverage AI-powered insights—all within a streamlined, intuitive interface.

Getting started is simple: just log into your account, navigate to a specific location, and select “Location Dashboard” from the side navigation.

Transparency Report (BETA): Shield Your Business from Fake Reviews

We’re thrilled to announce the beta release of our Transparency Report—a groundbreaking feature developed in partnership with The Transparency Company that provides complete review lifecycle management, allowing you to detect, dispute, and defend against fake reviews.

In today’s digital marketplace, fake reviews represent a serious threat to legitimate businesses. Whether created by competitors seeking an unfair advantage, generated by AI, or posted by coordinated “review pods,” these fraudulent entries distort consumer perception and can cause significant financial and reputational damage.

Key Features:

  • Review legitimacy scoring for each Google review
  • Suspicious review detection and monitoring
  • Detailed impression metrics showing impact on potential customers
  • Behavioral red flags identification (review pods, GenAI reviews, suspicious contributors)
  • TrueReview Certification for verified businesses

Premium subscribers gain access to additional tools, including competitor analysis for up to 15 competitors, automatic reporting of suspicious reviews for removal, and automated dispute management with persistent follow-up.

To access the Transparency Report beta, simply navigate to “Reports” in your client dashboard and select “Transparency Report.”

We’ve doubled our AI power by expanding our suggested replies and smart insights features to include first-party feedback. Powerful features designed to help you respond quickly and extract meaningful insights from what your customers are telling you now include private customer feedback. 

Review Response Suggestions:

Say goodbye to staring at a blank reply box! Our AI now delivers personalized, AI-crafted responses to your inbox whenever you receive new feedback. With a simple click, you can review, edit, and approve responses without logging into GatherUp.

First-Party Smart Insights:

We’ve expanded our Smart Insights reports to include first-party feedback! Our AI now analyzes all customer comments—both first and third-party—to identify sentiment patterns, emerging trends, and actionable recommendations for your business.

These expanded AI capabilities provide both tactical efficiency (faster, better responses) and strategic intelligence (deeper customer understanding). Now you can manage your reputation while simultaneously extracting valuable insights to improve your business.

To enable Review Response Suggestions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications in your dashboard
  2. Find the Suggested Response section
  3. Set your preferred notification cadence (Daily, Weekly, or ASAP)
  4. Choose which reviews to include (1st party, 3rd party, or both)
  5. Turn on notifications for your preferred users

The integration of first-party feedback into Smart Insights happens automatically—you’ll see first-party feedback in your next report after refreshing!
