Our September webinar covered new GetFiveStars features and changes to how reviews are displayed on Google. Mike Blumenthal, Don Campbell and I talked about the new additions to the platform and took a deep dive on Google’s new “Reviews from the web” and how GFS customers can capitalize on it.
Here is the video of the September customer webinar.

September Webinar Topics We Covered
1- New additions to GetFiveStars include the “replied” tag in the customer dashboard to let you know at a glance which customers you have responded to. We also released the 2nd email follow-up allowing you one more reminder to ask customers for feedback automatically.
You can read more about these features in our September Release Notes post.
2- Google has been introducing new elements to the Knowledge Panel and reviews; now more than just Google reviews are featured in the Knowledge Panel. Our very own Mike Blumenthal has been all over this new addition and we’re seeing many GFS customers get their own website included in this feature by using our Testimonials Widget.
