We’ve been busy this summer – and not just at BBQs and 4th of July parties! In this month’s webinar we previewed some new capabilities that will be coming within the next few weeks. For example, we showed our new Feedback Flows – which allow you to quickly change your objectives from collecting feedback and testimonials, online reviews or survey questions with the click of a button.

Respond to Google Reviews From Within GetFiveStars
We also showed a cool new capability we’re finishing up that allows you to respond to Google reviews via your GMB account right from within GetFiveStars. This means you can see the review in our Online Review Monitor, and click on it to respond right there.
New Testimonials Widget Capabilities
The other new capability we talked about was the update to our Testimonials Widget – it’s not fully JavaScript based, which means it is 3x faster and works with ANY platform. Now you can include your testimonials with rich snippets markup directly on your Wix, Weebly, SquareSpace, WordPress or ASP.net website!
Other new features
We also discussed a huge list of other tweaks and features we shipped in August, such as the new feedback quality scale, that guides people to leave longer and more complete feedback:
